Orchard Life™ provides the space for you to start and maintain your wellness journey with our popular Iyengar yoga and Pilates classes situated in our peaceful studio space. Our classes cater for all levels of experience, whether you are a beginner or advanced, our lovely hosts Maria and Mel will make sure you are comfortable during your class!

Iyengar Yoga is a very meticulous style of yoga, placing the emphasis on precision and alignment which is excellent for building strength and flexibility. Iyengar yoga is great for learning the subtleties of correct alignment for all ages and abilities.
